Neptune Dryer MDE9700AYW - Stumpped?

So last night my MDE9700AYW stopped heating.  I removed the panels and checked the connectivity of the front and rear thermostats on the duct heater and the heating element.  Thermostats were at .10 OHMS and the thermostat read 10 OHMS.  I even took the thermostats out of the picture by connecting the wires directly to one another.  Still no heat.  I checked the breakers and the 220 + - and neutral wires to be sure they were secure.  

What to check next?  Am I going to have to surcome to calling a tech?  Thanks for the help!

OK, I figured I would respond for the benefit of others who have the same problem.  I called a tech and $380 later the dryer is fixed.  Come to find out I need to go one step further with my troubleshooting.  The problem was the control board.  There was a short on the black wire running from the main electric.  It got so hot it melted the plastic all around it and fried the board.

The part needed to be replaced but it is a simple unplug 4 or 5 connections and plug back in.  The part is $180 (the service company charged $260) so basically I could have save $200 if I went the extra step.
