Jenn Air won't drain, pump is good.

Looking for some advice with my Jenn-Air dishwasher JDB110AWS.
The issue is that there is water left in the bottom after the cycle completes.
Installation is correct, the Drain hose is clear and free flowing as is the garbage disposal and sink.
I have tested the pump and it is working. I tested the float switch and it is good but when manually tripped it
does not kill the pump. Could this be something to look into or does does the float switch only pertain to the filling cycle?
Is there a self diagnostic mode I can put it through?
Any direction or things to chase would be much appreciated.

Is the drain line higher than the drain outlet under the sink?
Does it pump out any water at all?
Have you timed the pump out cycle?
