Maytag smooth top stove having problems.

Hello everyone! I am new to this forum and would like to get someone's assistance with a stove problem. I have a Maytag MER5752BAB smooth top stove. The back two burners will not work or turn on. I have wiped them down and checked the control knobs. The knobs seem to be fine. I no longer have the manual and was hoping someone could help me out. It seems like my appliances are always breaking down. Thank you for any advise you may have.
