I have not seen that one, but I did have one that froze the water supply lines to the filter next to the crisper, crisper never froze, neither did the filter, just the supply lines right where they came through the back wall.  Never did get a solution to that one, they were supposed to haul it back to the home office/factory for diag and let me know....

Just as an update, defrost heater was good, re-sealing the ice-room seemed to have solved part of the problem and there was no ice sheet in the bottom, but was not making ice either.  Ended up being a bad connection on the re-circ valve.  Just enough to work for one or two days, then quit for one or two...  I just love  :tickedoff: intermittent problems...

re-sealing stop wet ice or melting ice problem?

was your bad connection right at the valve? or at the left side wall connection?

I have a New(customer) one that stopped for a few days then the customer. Customer turn it off then back on again... Now it works..???? and this is the new 1.1 board with all the new tests..

It was the connector to the valve, I know I had pushed on it before, but until I unplugged it and plugged it back in, it was always intermittent.

So did you have to pull the whole assembly down to get to it? or just remove the cover

Everything...  not the first time on this machine either....  <groan>  Acted like something fell out and then seated properly, but looked and felt fine before I started.
