Maytag Gas Range igniter replacement?

My Maytag MGR5875QDS range has been having a bit of trouble.
Some days I set it and it starts right up. Some days it takes it more than 2 minutes and "whooshes" and then slowly heats up. It does seem that in the past few years it is taking it longer to heat up once it does get going.

Do I have two separate issues or will replacing the lower igniter bar do the job?

I think you only have one problem and would replace the bake (lower) igniter.

I looked up your model number and it uses bake igniter part # 74008064 Oven Igniter, AP4096758
