Drum motor not turning.

Hi all,

I can't seem to find any doc that is related to this model. It will add water and drain water (depending on the setting) but the drum never turns and no codes are given. The only info I could find seems to be related to an older model with a separate speed control board and the pictures show a fuse on the main control board which I do not have.

The only thing I know for sure is I have power going into the control board (118VAC) but I don't get it at the motor. I assume it is a control board problem but would like to be sure it is not something else before I order one. I live on the island of Saipan in Micronesia and it will take over a week to get if I pay the extra money for Priority mail.

Any thoughts, suggestions or links anyone can throw my way would be greatly appreciated.

Have you looked in the coin cup (40) for objects?
could you use a service manual?

No, but if that will stop the drum from turning I will pull it when I get home from work.

So, that didn't help but I'm a quarter closer to paying for new parts. 

Thanks for the manual I think it's the same and will see if I can get into diagnostics later.

That dang hose is pretty difficult to put back on there ain't it.

Yes, yes it is. It was super clean and short of the quarter and a little downey smell I saw nothing. After looking at your picture I was very fearful of what I might find after 4 years.
