Thermador Wall Oven

The shaft for the clock/timer knob is severed from the clock control circuit board.  It appears the Clock Control Circuit Board is no longer available from Thermador as an OEM replacement part.

Is there a source for junked ovens to obtain replacement parts?

Are there any thoughts on how to repair the shaft to make the clock control operable?  

The control operates by turning the knob either clockwise or counter clockwise.
