Amana range

The oven will only heat up to around 220 degrees. That is all the hotter it will get. I am thinking it is the clock assembly but am not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

If the temperature Sensor ohms out ok then about all it could be is the Clock/Control Board.

Also check for 240VAC and the bake element.

If the sensor connector looks greasy by pass it by cutting it out and straight wiring it. Many new sensors have to be spliced in anyway. See if that fixes it. Click on pic to enlarge:
