Frigidaire Gas Cooktop, no ignition

Good evening.  

I have a Frigidaire PLGC36S9CCA cooktop that is about 7 years old.  This is the second time this problem has cropped up, but the last time we called the independent appliance repair guy.  He fell out of good graces (charged for a bogus diagnosis, and was trying to 'make work' at twice the cost and replaing parts that weren't bad) since that time and I'm thinking we probably can handle this one on our own with some verification.  Small town, not many appliance repair folks here.

Anyway, our gas cooktop quit igniting the burners.  Would this be a dead spark module most likely?

Do you get a clicking sound when the gas valves are turned to the LITE position?
