whrilpool dish water does'nt start wash cycle

Hello,

The dishwasher is 2yrs old.When i press start button, it is filling water and after click sound comes for 1/2 sec and then stops.When i press cancel botton water is draining from dish washer.I tried to run diagnosis test by pressing "Heated dry, Normal, Heated dry, Normal".Few lights are blink in sequence, not able to understand what it is doing.Pls. help me in understanding the issue.
