Frigidaire Refrigerator Not Making Ice

Model #PHSC239DSB5, the refrigerator stopped making ice for the customer. I took a quick look and found a piece of the ice stripper was broken off resulting in an ice cube becoming lodged against the stripper. With a cube stuck in place, the ice maker was not able to advance and make ice. I replaced the ice stripper and now the unit is making ice again.

I have the same icemaker.. it stopped working, does nothing, does anything go out on it?

Does the ice maker fill with water?

falcon pour some water into the ice mold and see if it spit some ice out. If it does then you may only need a water valve.

I am having the same problem, the piece is not broken, water valve coming in is fine, filter has been changed. It has not pumped in any new water for a while. Last night I unplugged and defrosted it for 2 hours, when I turned it back on, it sounded as if it ran water. Today I notice that the tray has mini cubes in it. They are not big enough to pop out,  only take up about half the size of the tray. Could this be the problem? Should i just top them off and see if it works after that? Thanks for you help

Pinky your ice maker is a compact model. Look for a broken or missing tooth on the main drive gear. Post your questions in a new topic or the topic police will get ya
