1953 Bendix Rubber Tub washer

First time I have ever seen one of these.

Instead of spinning clothes damp dry, it has a collapsible rubber tub and air pump that evacuates both water and air from the tub. Under vacuum pressure the tub collapses squeezing the clothes against the perforated agitator which wrings out the water.
