Kenmore SXS model 106.53359300

Hi: Hope everyone had a great Christmas and that the New Year brings all the best of everything.
I have here a Kenmore SXS mod 106.53359300. You can't turn it off or change the temp setting. freezer on 1 and cooler on 5

Is there a Whirlpool service manual out there for this unit that I could download so that I can do a proper diagnostics of it

try unplugging refrig. for a minute or two, then plug back in & see if that resets the computer.
tech. sheet should be behind bottom front grille or kickplate.

Tried that and Not resetting and no tech sheet.
That is why I am looking for a manual

i looked for about an hour , can not find , tech. sheet for this model, i know for a fact that you need to replace control , then you can hit filter reset & power button @ same time to put in test mode.

Thanks for the info Jason. That will come in very handy when I get the new board. I figured it might be a bad control but wanted some info on how to check it out to be sure.
Ordered the control this morning so now it's the waiting game for the part to arrive then get it installed.
