te error message

After starting the WM2487HRM washer, it beeps and displays error te. What is causing this? Any help is appreciated, thanks

the te error is a failure of the thermistor... the thermistor is at to bottom of the tub next to the heater it should read 39.5 ohms at 30c....but check the wires that go to it... most the time the wires are broken to the thermistor..... I will sent the tech sheet to AJ so you can download it....

I checked the thermistor using a auto ranging dmm. It ohmed at 45.6 ohms. Where do the blue and white wires that plug into the thermistor run to? Thanks again for the help.

The blue and white wire connect to the main PWB NA3 4and 5
