Yes I cleaned out the whole line to the wall outlet.  I have replace those two parts 3 times now as the hight heat one blows out after I have tried all the suggestions above, except for the Op stat suggestion.  I don't know what that part is exactly.  This dryer is driving me crazy. :D

The operation stat 3976615 is a thermistor. A thermistor is a thermally sensitive resistor that exhibits a change in electrical resistance with a change in its temperature. The resistance is measured by passing a small, measured direct current (dc) through it and measuring the voltage drop produced.

Note swapping the thermistor out is great but remember while you have it apart to clean out the filter housing as well.

Run the dryer with a clamp on amp meter on the heater wire to see if the heater is cycling off.
The high limit t-stat on the heater should cycle the heater off before the fuse opens.
The fuse is sensitive to heat coming into the dryer drum.
The operating stat(cycle thermostat) operates on exhaust temperature.
Take a Kid fishing.
