MAYTAG WASHER WON'T SPIN

AJ,

My washer does not spin.  It starts to and then slows down and rotates slowly.  I had the same problem last year and replace the wax motor and control board due to the burnt R-11 and it fixed the problem.  This time, the R-11 is not burnt.  Any suggestions?
