Dead GE wall oven, except for the light

My wife used the self clean feature (yikes) and afterwards the oven is dead except for the inside light.I have looked at many sites online and reviewed the repair manual.Is there anything that could cause the control panel to be dead such as a thermal switch?I get no resistance across the thermal limit switch or the oven sensor circuit.Could either of these knock out the oven or is it a fried control panel issue?Thanks for any help you can offer.

I would check to see if I had 120 Volts going to the Control Panel. If you have power to the control panel and the panel does not light up then replace it.

If you do not have power to the control panel then you will need to trace it back with your volt meter to see were you lost the voltage. Could be at a thermo fuse or at the junction box were the oven is directly connected to the incoming power.

I have see were wire nuts will melt off in the junction boxes after self cleaning because they were not put on very tight to start with.
