I would check to see if I had 120 Volts going to the
Control Panel. If you have power to the control panel and the panel does not light up then replace it.
If you do not have power to the control panel then you will need to trace it back with your volt meter to see were you lost the voltage. Could be at a thermo fuse or at the junction box were the oven is directly connected to the incoming power.
I have see were wire nuts will melt off in the junction boxes after self cleaning because they were not put on very tight to start with.
