GE top load washer apron sag Kit WH49X10065

Can anyone provide a GE service bulletin related to the sagging apron - which results in grinding noise. GE has a repair kit WH49X10065, but I am looking for the actual service bulletin.

The washer makes a grinding noise during agitation. Someone mentioned about a service bulletin from GE, but I am not sure how to find it.

Them support rods wear out with time. Have yall replaced them?

The unit is 3 years old. The rods have not been replaced, but based on some web research I did - point to apron sagging on some of these units. Someone mentioned about a GE service bulletin to use a repair kit to address this issue. I wanted to see if someone can post the bulletin or let me know how one can obtain a copy of GE service bulletins.

I don’t have a service bulletin I can send you nor do I know where you can find one (on-line). However I do very well know the problem you are referring to. Basically the apron bends down to the point that the bottom of the motor bracket hits the bottom of the washer when it agitates. If this is the case you have the sagging apron issue. The kit comes with good installation instructions that are pretty much straight forward.   This page talks about this problem

I only have service manual on ApplianceDigest at this time, but that could change.
Do you have access to more GE service bulletins and service manuals?

I have a few GE service manuals on the ApplianceDigest site, but not many.
