No heat. Bad board?

Just replaced the bad element in this dryer. Still no heat. Fuses are good so I removed the back of the control panel and noticed the dryness control has a couple burnt spots on D2, D5, and D9. Is there anyway to check this before I order a new one? I have attached a picture of the burnt spot. Thanks!

It looks like normal resistor heat to me.  Turn on the dryer and check the heater relay.  Check for a voltage drop at the relay.  If you have 240v drop, check for 48vdc to the coil of the relay.    If there is voltage, bad relay.  No voltage, bad board.  I can get you a tech sheet if you need it.

That does help but it does not tell me how to check it? Which wires?I am getting 120v out of the two fat red wires. I can also hear it click when I turn the dryer on.

Just checked the AC heater relay with the brown wires. Getting 120V out of them too.

Correction. It is W10116566 rev b. I think this is correct.
