Amana Electric Range Broiler not working

Hi, new to forum. Amateur looking for help to get broiler at cottage working. Is anyone familiar with Amana Electric Range Model ARR620W (circa 1997).
Problem: On Bake, Oven baking element works on bake but broiler does not. Broiler element never heats. Food cooks on bottom, not on top.
Took out broiler element and it test OK for continuity.
What is my next check - wire to element continuity, switch continuity, is there an internal fuse?

I looked up switch selector part and have found there is no replacement?? Is this how they get you to buy a new stove?

Unplug the stove.
Your thermostat must be bad on the broil setting. Set the control to BROIL. Find the common and BR terminals on it and check for continuity between the 2 legs with one wire disconnected to prevent a backfeed or false read on your ohms meter.

Went prepared to test everything. Rehooked up the broiler coil and for hahas decided to try it. Bingo. It worked. We'll see how long it lasts.

Now to repair front 10" electric baseboard heater
