Power to ice maker

SxS Kitchenaid refrigerator.
Initial call I found bad emitter board to the I/M.
Also NO power to the I/M/ control head.
Replaced emitter boards.
Now I get 39 volts to the I/M control head.Power checked at the incoming harness not at the L and N terminals on the head.
Not 120 volts.
Where am I losing the volts?

Check your incoming power at the receiver board on the right between the black and the black/white wires on the board harness. (Door switch closed). This is where the 120 volts comes in thru the cabinet from underneath. If there is not 120 volt there, you will have to trace back some.

The incoming power on White neutral and Black L1 reads 122 volts.
Outgoing to the I/M on Black/White and the White neutral  reads 39 volts.
To me,this means the new board I installed is bad.
What are your thoughts?
