Calibrate Dehumidifier humidistat

I found a Dehumidifier circuit board and installed it, as mine corroded and deteriorated on the back side.  

It turned on and works great, so long as I leave it running on continuous mode.

But, the run humidity always reads 20%, so the compressor will not turn on unless I run it in Continuous mode.  

Does any one know how to calibrate the humidistat, or where to get a service manual?
