I would like a Fluke Multimeter because I could use it in a variety of circumstances. It appears to be a quality device as opposed to the cheap but functional multimeters that exist. I also think I lost the red and black multimeter I acquired at a garage sale.

O0  Well this Fluke looks better than what I have had over the years, so yah, that would be a good birthday present as Feb 16th I just turned the from plain jane to  full fledged senior a 65.  I even get a pensionm.   So am still keeping up here,  used to do competer 12 calls a day,  but things that fit into my shoes have slowed down a lot, so still can get up to 5 calls completed, and no call backs.  Other than some manufacturers not keeping up with some of the newer high end appliance parts availability,  things are ok, for this old guy accross the border in Northern Canada. -41 here  this morning, but spring is on its way, as I can hear it coming.  Brents Appliance Repairs for 29 years now.

I would use the Fluke 113 to measure amounts of voltage, resistance, or capacitance when needed or to detect circuit continuity.

I've been unemployed for over a year. I took online courses for A+ Certification and I passed. I would like this meter to add to my toolkit.

I have a Fluke 77 which I have had since 1985, and it it is bullet proof!   But you can never have too many multimeters and I would love to add this one to my collection!
