washer shaking during the spin cycle and "Walking" during spin cycles also

I have leveled this machine numerous times and no matter what i do it continues to shake during the spin cycle and now it has started to move more and more...

What type of floor is it sitting on?
Is it on the main floor of on a cement basement floor?

About how old is it?

Bought in Feb. 1995  It is on hardwood floor in the utility room....Main floor

Is it walking or gliding across floor? I have seen machines glide across floors. If that is the case,install 2 pieces of nonslip tape under the 2 front leg pads (the tape they use for steps to make them nonslip )  Solved many problems on Maytags that way.

it is walking across the floor not gliding, but i have thought of some kind of way to stabilize it. The gripers on the botton of the legs are smooth now from age......

You may need new Damper Pads.

Inspect the rubber foot pads under each foot for wear.
Check the inner tub for movement.
It should not be loose.
Check for loose play in your belts.
