Whirpool Gold side by side GC5SHAXVS - 60 Second iteration 2 second buzz

Fridge has been in service for about 3 months.  Everything seems to be cooling and the compressor doesn't run very often.  Unit has developed a 2 second buzz that occurs every 60 seconds.  Sometimes it skips a cycle.

Sometimes we get a pool of water under coming from area underneath filter cartridge.  Haven't correlated the two.

I meant the water pool is coming from under the freezer near the filter.  It happens very infrequently.

As stated it otherwise seems to be working fine.  Just trying to understand that buzzing noise.

Sound like a bad compressor relay to me. Pretty easy fix. Just remove the compressor relay cover and snatch the old one off there. Slide a new one on there.  Click on pics to enlarge:

Thanks for the reply.  The fridge is staying cool and I hear the compressor kicking on.

I am wondering if anyone has access to service matters or similar who may be able to look up a way to perform a diagnostic using the front panel.

I think what JW is saying is a "buzz" sound could be caused by a "chattering' relay that on its way out. 
Once they burn like the pictures, your fridge simply stops working.
