GE washer machine wwse5240g1ww, need to replace the belt

  I have a GE washer machine WWSE5240G1WW, need to replace the belt

Attach the belt to the large pulley with a zip tie.  Turn the large pulley while keeping the belt on the motor pulley.  Then cut off the zip tie.  GE has a tool, WX05X10102, to help keep the belt on the motor pulley but I've found I don't need it.

 do i put the belt in the larg pulley first the tied before i put into the moter pulley.

you need a strong zip tie, if its not strong enough or tight enough it will just slip the belt upside down

Put the belt around the motor pulley and just start it on the large pulley. You're using the leverage of the big pulley to stretch the belt and the zip tie to keep it from falling off. Here's a pdf that explains it better.
