neptune not spinning

I have the neptune mah4000aww washer. It has had control board upgraded, the wax motor replaced with the newer black wax motor. Those were done about a year ago and worked just fine. Now instead of spinning it will drain and then just do a normal rock back and forth as if it is still washing. I have opened it up and bypassed the lower balance switch. The wax motor is working and the door locked light comes on. I have tried many different setting with no change. It is about 11-12 years old and has gotten a lot of use. Is there some thing else to look at as a problem spot. If so is it worth putting any more money into this washer? -Thanks Mark

Its worth at-least troubleshooting. Considering a new washer of the same caliber is at-least 700 dollars or more.  From reading your post, it seems like your on track.  The lower off balance switch is wired in series with 2 other switch.  When ever i get a no spin call on one of these machine's and the lock light comes on, the first thing I check is those switches. You can roll the control panel down to check the whole circuit.  There are 2 blue wires that come up threw the top on the right side that are hooked into some other color wires with a quick disconnect.  Disconnect that plug, and make sure you have continuity threw the blue wires.  If it is a open circuit, then you can check each switch by themselves.

Also check the spin enable switch.  It's the switch to the right of the door latch. It could be bad or the door latch might be sticking.
