lg front load door gasket tearing problem

i have this customer that has an lg front load washer nott he tromm, i dont have model number with me but the problem is this. the door gasket keeps tearing about every 6 mmonths. now ive changed this gasket twice already(this devil machine is the one that cost me 13 stitches in my thumb the first time) and she texted me yesterday saying it was leaking again, so i go check it out and sure enough its torn again. this woman absoultly loves this machine for some reason, in the last 10  months i have had to change both pumps, the bellow from the tub to the drain and 2 gaskets, and it needs a 3rd. i am about ready to carry this machine to the curb myself but oh yeah lets not forget its getting rusty inderneath because of all the leaking. now since i am the only one in fayetteville that will even look at lg, i have changed a fair amount of these gaskets and never have i been called back to replace the gasket again, i do even call my customers that have lg occasionally to make sure everything is still working the wa it should.  is it maybe the way she loads the machine? i am at a total loss here. any suggestions?

She might be using improper amount of soap.

I have a customer here with the same problem on a Duet Sport and the gasket, last time there I asked about buttons and it seems he wears mostly button fly jeans.  I asked about making sure they were tucked in and not trapped in the door.  Haven't been back since.

i asked her the same thing about buttons or basically just making sure pockets are cleaned out and everything tucked in...she assured me she was very careful, but last time i changed it i also needed to check this horrible noise the dryer was making and i found her sons debit card melted to the front bearings of her ge dryer sooooo, so im sure this must also be the problem,

Never seen that happen yet. Would have been cool to see a photo of that one.

I have had a couple people wash there car floor mats in there front load washers and the rough bottoms of the mats ended up tearing up tearing the door gasket.
