Kenmore Series 70 Dryer wont start

Hello i am having a problem with my Kenmore Series 70 dryer model# 110.67732794. I was running it earlier and cut it off then went to start it back and now it wont start! I held the start button down for second and smelled something like an electrical fire! it was not very strong though any ideas what to do?

Take the back off and remove the filter housing. Look for junk that might blow the skinny white duct fuse. Click on the pictures below to enlarge:
