Thanks JW
Exactly what I needed.
Issue I'm having is the condenser fan motor. 13.8 vdc at motor. Ohmed out the motor and it was good but the RPM is well below where it needs to be. Put a new motor on it and it had exactly the same issue. Did not put it into the shroud to ensure it wasn't hanging up. No diiference except if I hold it upright it goes a little faster.
Every thing seems to be what it should be but the RPM.....any ideas?

All temps are good now. When called to customers residence found the relay bad on the compressor....after replacing it,that is when I noticed this issue with the Cond.fan motor. Temps were good when I left an hour later. Put a fan on the compressor to keep it cool until I go back this morning.

I have looked at the schematics on the manual that JW sent me though not exactly the same....difference being they show only three wires to cond.motor. This has four.....the fourth being the blue wire that also goes to the evaporator fan called out as "blue rpm"
Are there variable speed motors for the condenser fan motor?

It is the main control board.  It isn't sending the signals to increace the fan speed.

I dont think oil will help the motor,And if the relay was bad that was probably your only issue. If the temps are good dont worry about fan speed on this unit.Read the ge manual,it will help you understand how the unit operates. O0

As far as the board is concerned I only see that it is responsible for supplying the 12vdc to the fan. But I don't understand is the response of "don't worry about the fan speed on this unit" I don't have the actual manual for this unit but have the one JW sent yesterday. I will read it tonight to try and get a better understanding of it and if I'am missing anything.
Thanks to all for the input.
