DV218AEW/XAA Samsung Dryer no heat

Need your help on this one.  I have a client who has one of these dryers and it’s not heating.  THOUGHT IT MGHT BE A THERMAL SWITCH BECAUSE ONE OF THEM DIDN’T OHM OUT.  Turns out neither does the new one.  Not sure why but I don’t need to know right now.  I just need to know why this thing runs but doesn’t heat.  I’ve ohm’ed out all the usual things and I’m losing my patience.

You always seem to come up with the right answer so I’m hoping you can help me out on this.  No pressure or anything.  HAHAHAH!

Make sure your sensors are clean. A film or coating on them could cause the control to think their is no wetness and therefore it won't bother to call for heat.
What kind of error codes are you getting? If you are not getting any maybe dirty sensor strips are the problem.
