Schematics for control boards

Anyone know of a source for schematics of control boards {CPU]
For Whirlpool/ GE appliances?  Im intersted in repairing boards.
 I need one for Whirlpool 6610460 to identify R102 resistor value.

Most appliance parts dealers have new  boards to show you for reference. If no one in your village sells parts, you should be able to find somewhere within driving distance. Make a list and check it out.

Most of the people who do what you are thinking of doing usually start with a new board the first time. It' a business investment that  is unavoidable, since the manufacturers do not put this proprietary information out there for us. That would basically be giving away their  trade secrets, even though an electronics person can  read and ID the  components.
