Water/Ice Dispensers stopped working

GE Refrigerator Model GSS251FRF CC has the water and ice dispensers in the door and the dispensers stopped working but when you push any of the three buttons, the light turns on but dim and sometimes the water dispenses.  Sounds like the motor is trying to dispense but nothing but pulsing, dim light. Would installing a new Recess Dsply 4 Btn (WR55X10445) fix the problem?  Fridge is working perfectly except for this problem.  Any help you can give is GREATLY appreciated !

Wait until the refrigerator is running (fans compressor and all) and turn the light on at the dispenser, then try the dispenser. If when you try the dispenser the light dims and the refrigerator seems to temporarily shut down (fans and compressor shut down) you have a main board problem.

If that isn’t the case the water line could be frozen in the door. Open the door and press the door switch by hand then repeatedly press the water dispenser lever until water flows. Most of the time if the line is frozen water will start to flow after about 5-10 minutes of pressing the dispenser. GE makes a heater that will prevent this from happing again.

Per your description, it looks like we have a main control board problem.  Is p/n WR55X10942 the right part to fix the problem?  Thanks
