Frigidaire Microwave range hood

Our church has a Frigidaire PLMV168CC1 range hood/microwave oven. It will not do anything as if there is no power but does have power coming to the unit all the way up to the inside. Is there any common problem for this type of problem. It is about 6-7 years old. I used to do appliance repair work but never have worked on any microwaves so I don't know what all to check.
