valve-regulator conversion

I need to replace the oven gas valve regulator.The part that I have is GE WB19K10007. I need to convert this to LP.How do I do this?

The brass hood on the left inside the red circle you have to screw down all the way, but not to tight. You can always screw it down more if the flame is to big.

The part (nut/cap) under the plastic cover on the right inside the blue square needs to be unscrewed, flipped over and screwed back in place.
