Whirlpool dishwasher

Have this dishwasher in one of the rental units,and it is taking a very long time to complete the wash process.It seems like it used to take about an hour and a half to complete the cycle,but now the tenant says sometimes about 3 hours.The tech sheet is missing so I need help in troubleshooting this thing.I have checked the hot water and if you let the kitchen sink faucet run before starting dishwasher it gets to 118 degrees.Can you provide a tech sheet and help me along?

Whent out to check what I could on this dishwasher.Ran kitrchen sink faucet untill water reacher 118 degrees.started dishwasher in Normal cycle with Heated Dry option.After about 6-8 minuets of fill,washing (it was pulling about 1.92 AMPS) it paused for a few seconds and then started up pulling between 9.38 and 9.49 amps for about 12 minuets then it went back to 1.92 Amps for 8 minuets and then 30 second pause then back to 1.92 Amps then for several minuets it keep pausing and going back to 1.92 Amps.Then it went back to pulling 1.92 Amps for 10 minuets....HELP!!!

That to me seems like it is in the door latch switches.

Is there a way to check the door latch switches or do you think that I should change them?Thank you for the reply and all the info and tech sheet.

They had a bunch of trouble with em at one time. All them readings of yours seem to be associated with arcing switches.
