CWC-900 Cuisanart Private Reserve Wine Cellar

Hey people,

I have this small nine bottle Cuisanart Wine Cooler that has never changed temperature.  It consistently stays at 21 degrees celsius if it's hot or cold out.  None of the presets will work because the temperature just won't get colder.

small fan works than stops working. got it to work but really loud.

How many wires connect to the cold control? If you just have 2 wires bypass it to see if the box will get cold. If it won't then you have a compressor or refrigerant problem.
