Amana top mount freezer back wall removal

Hey everyone

I'm trying to get the evaporator cover off of this top mount freezer to get the drain de-iced. I have the ice maker off already and the 4 screws off the cover. I still can't get it off. Am I missing something, or is it so iced up that I need to hit it with a heat gun to get it off? Also, on a scale of 1-10 on the pain in the butt meter, how hard is it to change out the divider on this beast?

If you get the ice off the cover is easy to remove.

The ice is holding it to the evaporator.

The divider is not difficult.

I figured that the ice was holding it in place and that I would need to hit it with my heat gun; I appreciate the affirmation guys. I don't think this model has the aluminum strip the runs from the heater into the drain. I'm going to try the piece of copper wire wrapped around the heater and run down into the drain that Uncle Harry mentions in his course. The customer wasn't real thrilled about the prospect of paying $300+ for a divider replacement.
