LG DISHWASHER WON'T SPRAY WATER

Hello,
 I am new to this site. I own a LG Dishwasher  model LDF8812ST.

Problem: The dishwasher will let water in but won’t pump the water to the spray arms because the pump motor is not running. It does not flash any codes just sits there. If you turn power off and back on it will pump the water back out of the tub.

I have taken the arm off  the sump and removed 12 or so screws to get to the shaft and it freely spins. No blockages.
 
I have followed the LG service manual from models that are not mine (LDF5811 and LDF6810) . I don’t know if it makes a difference. All lights test work and I don’t get any error codes until I do the 2nd step in the time delay and shows LE and dings at me. This is for pump motor.

I will take a look at the front door wiring harness and wiring at the motor connections underneath the dishwasher as indicated for other models. Where would you plug an OHM meter in at to see if the motor was good? What should the resistance be from these wires reading through the motor? Any other suggestions or a link to the service manual for my model would be appreciated.

Many of these LG dishwasher have a broken wire in the gummy stuff at the bottom of the front door panel.

That is one place that I will check for sure.
