the clean and heated dry leds blink

maytag dishwasher MDB6650 tried unplugging it over night, can not run any tests automatic function test, manual function test have had no success. the clean and heated dry leds blink, the leds can be turned off by pressing drained off button. any suggestions or help would be appreciated

after looking for the part i cant help but wonder if something shorted out the board and damages the new one or hoping it was a component failure.  their is a resistor that is burnt leading me to believe that it is component failure.

ok i have replaced the control board       as it was beginning to fill up stopped. ran a onboard test called automatic function test the normal wash third led stayed on.  indicating a high current motor.  is this what short the board or is it were it was not being used. any suggestions

Look for objects jamming the pump impeller and causing the high amping motor.

THANKS TO ALL that helped out with the troubleshooting.  a plug on the new control board wasn't fully connected.  it is now working good as new.  next project Hmmmm?
