Tappan Gas Wall Oven Shuts Off

If someone out there can help, it'd be most appreciated. My Tappan 12-4980-10/03 gas oven starts normally to the preselected temp then shuts off when it reaches it then refuses to cycle back on. I must wait until it cools down before the oven can start again, then the same scenario plays itself over.The EOC was suspected and sent to Appliance Timers  for evaluation and was found to be operating normally.
I'd also appreciate a manual for this unit, I've had no luck in obtaining one. I'd like to know the correct procedure in removing the wall oven from the cabinet.

I think it could be the ignitor. It should be so bright you cannot look at it. If it is dim orange it is weak.

Ohm the temperature sensor leads at room temperature.
Should read 1050 to 1150 ohms.

Many thanks for your help. I'll attempt these tests, hoping the solution is easy. Any ideas on removing the wall oven for gaining back panel access?  :)Best regards!

Open the door and look for 2 or 4 screws holding the oven to the cabinet edges.
