H9MPD100J14A2 & L022488510

Heil product which is located in a basement.  The numbers on the side of the unit are:  H9MPD100J14A2  L022488510

This unit has two 3" PVC pipes running up vertically (for 3 feet), then run horizontally for about 17 feet before joining together into a single pipe.  The single pipe then runs outside.  One pipe is the fresh combustion air; the other is the flue.

At the unit, a substantial amount of condensate drips from both pipes.

What can yall tell me about this unit?

Your horizontal run should rise a minimum of 1/4 inch per foot.
The exhaust and fresh air might be connected to the wrong outlet/inlet on the transition.
The outside portion must have a 90 degree down on the exhaust connection.
The draft inducer should be internally drained to a condensate trap.
