Have you tried to follow the wires back from the water valve to the control board and then measure for power off of the control board?

Are you sure the wires got plugged into the new board correctly when you installed the new board?

I labeled them to be sure they were reconnected the correct way. I'll check the voltage at the board next but I was having the same issue before changing out the board.

Sorry it's taken so long to reply. Just want to let everybody know that the problem was the timer. Thank you everyone for all your help! This is still the best place to go for answers and help.
