Clothes washer clunking, not out of balance

Each time the tub reverses direction, it makes a louder then expected noise and shakes more. What could it be?

WH2X1193 Make sure this has not loosen up. This is the correct model number VBSR2080W0WW or maybe this part is broken WH45X10027

Most likely the tub bearing hub has disintegrated.
