After draining the water spin doesn't start

I have WISR309DGBWW 220 volts GE washer.  Since last few days it is giving me problem in spin cycle.  The washer is agitating well, Draining well and after water is drained it doesn't start spinning.  I have to switch it off for at least 7-8 minutes and when I start again it spins perfectly.  It seems to me that water is NOT draining properly because when I switch it off for few minutes water drains during that time.  Pl help me what should I do.

Remove the front and look into the pump for objects is what I would first try. The motor has a green light that flashes all the time. If their is a problem the motor will flash a number of times to indicate what is the problem.

1 flash bad motor
2 flashes slipping belt
3 flashes corrupted software bad motor
4 flashes failed mode shift circuit
5 flashes bad motor
6 flashes locked motor check for objects between tub
7 flashes bad lidswitch.
8 flashes motor overheated too much soap
9 flashes brake resister is toast bad motor.
