got a problem, kitchenaid top load washer not wash, replaced the motor, rebuilt the timer, put it back, still the same problem, the sound like hamming, check the wiring, found the red wire voltage to the start capacity only 7v, that wire from the timer, but i already rebuilt the timer. The wiring diagram is roughly,  can not see the detail wiring, please help!

get the job done!
the problem still from the timer, i took the timer to the rebuilt company ask them to double check, they test it then replaced the timer cam. after i put it back,  washer machine works.
