Neptune leaving grease spots on clothes sometimes

Picked this one up for $30 bucks tonight. Owner was complaining of grease spots on there dark clothes, not on whites. Checked it out and the tub bearing was fine, nice and tight. The only issue I saw was a loose belt making noise, of which I recorded on video. I replaced the belt and seems to be working fine. Anyone seen this before?

bleach mixing with fabric softener can make stains

usualy this is when the coustomer either hasnt been using he detergent or hasnt been running a clean cycle (hot water cycle and Affresh Tablet) the detergent scum has caked up on the plastic outer tub so thick that its breaking off and getting thrown on the clothes clean cycles aswell help with odor all my coustomer with this complaint run clean cycle once every 2 month to prevent buildup...

I have been using it ever since I got it, no marks. I figured it would be residue build up. Before I ran a first cycle I noticed some mold on the front rubber seal. I wiped it down with bleach and a scrub pad but could not remove it all. Any suggestions on chemicals to clean the gunk? Will CLR do the trick? I plan on pick up an Afresh tablet when I visit the parts store next.

I have found that once the mold has stained the front rubber seal the only way to get rid of it is to replace the rubber seal with a new one.
