Wall oven gets warms but not hot

Hello all,

I have a Frigidaire FGB24L2EC gas wall oven that gets warm but, will not get hot.  If I turn it on and look at the bottom of the oven through the broiler I can see the igniter start to glow and then the burners light.  The oven then heats to about ~200° and stops.    It will then try to maintain this temp.  It's like the temperature is somehow off by 150°.

I am hoping its the Temperature Sensor because it's cheap and looks easy to replace.  Please let me know if you think I am heading in the right direction with this.

PS This oven was installed 1.5 years ago and has been used once.

You can ohm the sensor out to check it,but you are probably right.

The sensor should read around 1100 ohms and neither lead can be grounded to chassis.
