Kenmore refrigerator - how remove ice/water dispenser front panel

Marvster:
I need to replace the 'water fitting assembly' in the ice/water dispenser in the freezer door on a side-by-side (model 106.59582990- manufactured circa August 1999).  There is not near enough room to work through the front panel so would like to remove it.  I see no screws.  Is it a snap out (if so, how - bottom/top??) ? Or? ??? ??? ??? ??? ?

Hi Marvster,

Yes, the front panel should just snap off.
If you look under the bottom edge there is often a couple small slots.
Put a flat blade screwdriver in the slot and pop the front off.
