Viking gas range manual

Hello,

I have a customer who have a range viking at gas.

I am autorized for repair this appliance but the technical service it's long to respond.

I want the manual service and wiring diagram for this model.

model: VGIC305-4BLP

I ain't got that particular one. Is this 30 inch 4 burner plum colored gas cooktop with convection oven? What seem to be the problem with it mon ami?
